Update on delivery schedule
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no delivery on Thursday (2 July 2026) and Friday (3 July 2026). We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
All orders are delivered by Yue Hwa’s in-house delivery service team. Please refer to our delivery schedule below. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

Remarks:
*Orders above $80 are entitled to Free Delivery. Orders below $80 will incur delivery charge of $12.
*Please note that we are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as PO box, military and protected areas, airports, ports, customs and places outside of Mainland Singapore.
*Delivery slots are subject to availability. Yue Hwa reserves the rights to make any amendments and will notify customers accordingly.
*Orders that come in after 12 noon are considered as next day’s orders and will be processed accordingly.
*We are unable to amend the order once it is out with the delivery team.
*There will be additional surcharge of $10 for re-delivery.
Contactless Delivery
We are practising contactless delivery. Our drivers will leave your order at the doorstep but prior to this, they will send SMS to inform of approximate arrival time. As such, we will not require you to sign off upon receipt of your order. If you require an invoice for your order, please email or WhatsApp us.
Delivery of Frozen items
To ensure the delivery of frozen food in optimal condition to its designated destination, we kindly request the cooperation of all our customers in promptly responding to communications from our delivery team, either by phone call or text message. In the event that the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will make a second attempt. Should both attempts fail, your order will be securely placed outside the address provided during ordering. We genuinely appreciate the understanding and support of our esteemed customers. Overseas Delivery
If you require delivery outside of Singapore, please use the WhatsApp chat function on our website to contact Customer Service Team before placing any order. Please note that international shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
