You will pay for your order after your order is confirmed. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order is successful.

Order a minimum amount of S$80 to enjoy FREE delivery service within Singapore, except for restricted locations listed in our Delivery page.

Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.

After logging in to your account, go to "My Orders" and select the order that you want to track.

We will send SMS notification to inform you in advance of delivery. Please contact us immediately if there is no-one to receive the order. If you are not at home for your delivery, Yue Hwa reserves the right to charge you a re-delivery fee of $10.

You can change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched. Kindly contact our service staff to make the necessary arrangement.

You must notify us in writing, at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery time. Please note that this means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorised personnel. Yue Hwa will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.

Each delivery note that is attached to the order will indicate the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery note to make sure you're not missing anything. If there is any discrepancy, kindly contact our service staff.
