Refund policy


All product orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. As a gesture of good will, we may allow return/exchange of product if you are not satisfied with your web purchase or have mistakenly purchased a product.

The return / exchange of product must follow the following conditions:

1. Exchange of product must be done within 7 days.
2. The returned product needs to be unopened, in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. Please bring the product to Yue Hwa Chinatown branch personally for the exchange.
4. Kindly contact us before heading down for the exchange and provide proof of purchase to facilitate the exchange process.
5. Please present the web order invoice for the exchange. You may login to your account and access the invoice through “My Orders”.
6. Yue Hwa will not be responsible for any charges incurred by customer during the process of return / exchange.
7. Alternatively, you may request for delivery of exchanged product at a charge of $6 per trip.
8. The exchange value is based on the current selling price of the product.
9. The following product are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened food products
  • Dietary Supplements / Medicine
  • Alcohol and Cigarette products
  • Grains / Rice
  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used Eating Utensils such as chopsticks, spoons etc.
  • Used Household Products such as Wok, Saucepan etc.
  • Open / Exposed Chinese Herbs such as Cordyceps, Bird Nest etc.
  • Promotional / Clearance products.

10. In the event any order/product is rejected by us for whatever reason, we will arrange for a refund of the order/product. For any refund of value less than S$10, we will issue an e-voucher instead.
