Black fungus 50g
Tianqi (Panax Notoginseng) 15g
Jujube 10
Ginger 2
Cooking Steps
1) Once the black fungus has been soaked, chop the Tianqi (Panax Notoginseng) into small pieces and wash the jujube.
2) Combine the ingredients in step 1 with ginger into a pot, then add 1000ml of water and boil for about 2 hours.
3) Add salt for tasting.
