Ingredients
Cordyceps (10-15g)
Agaricus Mushrooms (50g)
Chicken (500g)
Dried Tangerine Peel (1 piece)
Ginger (3 slices)
Cooking Steps
1) Wash the cordyceps, Agaricus mushrooms and dried tangerine peel. Soak them for a while.
2) Cut the chicken into small pieces and place all the ingredients, including ginger into a claypot.
3) Add about 2 to 2.5 litres of water and use medium-low heat.
4) Cook for 1 to 1.5 hours until it boils.
5) The soup is ready to serve. Cordyceps and Agaricus mushrooms can be eaten together.
