Rooted in the philosophy of preserving heritage while embracing modernity, Imperial Patisserie combines artisanal craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to produce premium pastries in its own Hong Kong-based factory. Led by a Michelin-starred Master Chef Team—Master Chef Yip Wing Wah, the creator of The Peninsula Hotel’s iconic custard mooncakes, and Master Chef Lai Wing Koon, a Michelin 2-starred chef and the sole inheritor of Chef Yip’s legacy—Imperial Patisserie is renowned for its
