Preparation works
- Do not remove the string that bind the crabs.
- Scrub and clean the crab thoroughly.
Cooking Steps
- Put some dried Tze-Shu leaves into the boiling water or on the plate.
- Lay the crabs body facing upwards on the plate.
- Steam for approximately 15-minutes.
- (Tips: Crab will change to orange red when cooked)
Enjoy Hairy Crab
- You may enjoy crab with Crab Vinegar or
- Vinegar-mix: Black vinegar with little brown sugar and shredded ginger
- Finish off with a cup of sweet ginger tea
