Preparation works

  • Do not remove the string that bind the crabs.
  • Scrub and clean the crab thoroughly.

Cooking Steps

  • Put some dried Tze-Shu leaves into the boiling water or on the plate.
  • Lay the crabs body facing upwards on the plate.
  • Steam for approximately 15-minutes.
  • (Tips: Crab will change to orange red when cooked)

Enjoy Hairy Crab

  • You may enjoy crab with Crab Vinegar or
  • Vinegar-mix: Black vinegar with little brown sugar and shredded ginger
  • Finish off with a cup of sweet ginger tea
