Ingredients
Honeysuckle flowers (40g)
Wolfberries (10g)
Rocksugar (30g)
Water (2 litres)
Cooking Steps
1) Rinse both honeysuckle flowers and wolfberries. After rinsing, place them into a pot of boiling water.
2) Reduce the heat by simmering and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
3) Add in rock sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
4) Turn off the heat and the moisturising and whitening honeysuckle and wolfberry soup is ready to serve.
