Ingredients
Hairy CrabsDried perilla leaf (Tze-Shu leaf)
Sauce
Zhejiang black rice vinegar
Ginger, minced
Brown sugar, or to taste
Cooking Steps
1) Scrub and clean the crab thoroughly. Do not remove the string which use to bind the crabs2) Put some dried Tze-Shu leaves into the boiling water or in the plate.
3) Lay the crabs body facing upwards on top of the plate.
4) Steam for approx. 15 mins.
(Tips: crab changes from green/gray color to orange red color)
