Ingredients
Water 4 ½ cups
Flax seeds ¼ cup
Cooking Steps
1) Blend flax seeds and water on high for one minute, allow to rest for 2 minutes, then blend again for 1 minute.
2) Allow to rest for 5 minutes before blending again for 30 seconds.
3) Pour milk through a strainer lined with cheesecloth into a glass and serve.
